Simply microwave and wear around neck, over shoulder or anywhere needed to comfort muscles and keep the chill away! 

Made with clay beads for durability.  Heat lasts 20-25 minutes

Carefully test heat timing with your microwave heating for 40 seconds  and adding 30 second intervals after to reach desired warmth.
